The group flew into a remote location to focus primarily on geese and sandhill cranes if the opportunity and conditions presented themselves. And sure enough, it all came together before 10 am with this nice "stringer" of whitefront geese, widgeon and a mallard to show for the effort.

The afternoon hunt provided few chances at geese but the ducks were numerous and Wayne and Steve bagged the ultimate waterfowler's trophy, a sandhill crane each. Now there is some of the best wildfowl eating you can get.
