Alaskan Salmon or Halibut Casserole

Time for a change in taste? Try this delicious casserole using your salmon or halibut as the featured flavor. This one is brought to you by a friend of ours, "Butch" Rudowski.
  1. In a 3 Quart (9"x13"x2") deep casserole dish, pour in contents of Tomato Sauce. Lay fish filets on top and season with Black Pepper, Dill and anything else you desire.
  2. Spread slivered Garlic over fish (optional)
  3. Spread mushroom slices over fish.
  4. Cut Bell Pepper into 1/4" slivers the length of the pepper and spread on top of fish.
  5. Cut onion into 1/4" slices, then cut each slice in half and separate rings. Add to top of fish.
  6. Pour 28 oz. can of crushed tomatoes over the top.
  7. Cover tightly with foil and bake for one hour at 350 degrees.
  8. Served over rice makes for some pretty good eatin'!
