Steamed Ptarmigan Breasts

  • Put breast pieces on plate, sprinkle with garlic salt, pepper, soy sauce, and oil.

  • Let meat sit for an hour.

  • Dip meat pieces in flour. Heat oil in heavy skillet and brown meat on both sides.

  • Add a small amount of water and cover with lid. Let steam about 20 minutes or until tender.
