Marylin's Sloppy Moose (Joes) Recipe

Tired of spaghetti? Well here is a recipe Marylin came up with for me, the Klondike Kid. I guess she realized my culinary skills tend to lean towards "basic survival" and figured this recipe was right down my alley. She was right! It sure does beat spaghetti!!

  1. Brown moose and onion in skillet and drain.
  2. Add other ingredients and simmer for 5 min.
  3. Serve over buns or any other type of bread.

You can substitute ground caribou, bear, venison or elk in this recipe with equal success. Because it freezes very well you can make up a BIG batch and put it in serving size freezer bags for a quick meal when time is limited.
