Homemade Irish Cream Liqueur

This recipe comes pretty close to the flavor of the popular Baileys Irish Cream liqueur. Its easy to create and keeps well in the refrigerator, although its usually gone long before its "expiration date." In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve over ice if desired or in coffee. Store tightly in a covered container in the refrigerator (up to one month). Stir or shake before serving.
