Alaska Fishing Information for salmon, halibut & trout Sportfishing in Alaska, Guides, charters, lodging, reports

Nearly every angler dreams of fishing Alaska some day. And many have heard tales about 400 pound halibut and 80 pound king salmon being pulled from our rich Alaska waters.

Although catches such as this are far from the norm, most anglers, whether Alaskans or visitors have a better than average chance to catch what they are after....if they have done their homework.

There are many complexities involved. Each major region of the state has optimum times when each type of fish is most abundant or available. And each region has different timing cycles than the others. So knowing your quarry, and specifically the time when it will provide you the best opportunity to catch it is the key to a successful outing.

The information we provide is extensive, comprehensive, informative and expanding all the time. As you read through each section of information you will see the value contained within it.
