1 The peaks of these runs generally occur midway between the dates given.
2 Refers to the open water troll fishery.
3 Personal use dip net fishery is restricted to residents of Alaska only.
4 Dungeness crab season is June 1 through March 15 except in Kachemak Bay east of a line from Anchor Point to Point Pogibshi. In this area male dungeness crab may be taken only from July 15 through December 31 and again from January 15 or the beginning of the commercial tanner crab season (whichever is later) through March 15.
5 Tanner crab season is July 15 through March 15 except in Kachemak Bay east of a line from Anchor Point to Point Pogibshi. In this area male tanner crab may be taken from July 15 through December 31 and again from January 15 or the beginning of the commercial tanner crab season (whichever is later) through March 15.
* These returns are primarily a result of Alaska Department of Fish and Game and PNP enhancement programs.
