Comments: The Upper River is running clear.  The Lower River has yet to clear out.  Look for water levels to drop and clear up in the next week or so.  We are receiving some rain but I don't think it will amount to much.  Be aware the some boat ramps are unusable when the water level drops.  Plan ahead and arrange alternate plans if drifting or canoeing.
